There is currently a leadership election under way to decide who will be the next Conservative leader, and by definition the Prime Minister.

Whoever gets elected will have a major task in sorting out whether, or when, we trigger Article 50 to start the process of leaving the EU, and on what terms with the EU and the rest of the world. This is likely to dominate business in the House of Commons, and the civil service, for some time to come.

The questions of whether to legitimise prostitution, or to bring in legislation to deal with private parking, will be well down the list of priorities for some time to come. Don't hold your breath.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

I emailed Mr Jones the other day asking how they were getting on with Private Parking Business.

Pointed out every month wasted was more money in the PPC's pockets.

Zilch response so far, surprise surprise.

Will resend it now and again he might answer!

Good for you ... It seems like Teresa May might be the next PM.
and she appears to have a no nonsense policy, we shall see.
Your Mr Jones needs to wake up or get out because ignorance can no longer play a part in our lives.

What's the use of another 'remain' politician? Dave Cameron may as well have stayed on.

Totally agree, guess Cameron will go down in history as jumping off the sinking ship

Even if Teresa May wins, boy does she have a big battle that she and her party must now prove that they are worthy of being a government who the people trust.

That is not going to happen any time soon

Prostitutes, Parking Companies, now Prime Ministers - all the Peeeeees!

I'd just settle for a happy ending!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Bored? Bored? I got bored days ago! I'd much rather be helping people with their problems than drifting off into the realms of wild, meaningless association.

Why not try learning something here and providing advice, even at a basic level (which would relieve some of the regulars from having to grind out the Groundhog Day stuff - which is where I started off when I first got involved in the forum).

The rent-a-rant stuff doesn't move anything forward. In fact, as a bit of advice, I'd be a bit more careful about some of the gratuitous stuff you fire off about PPCs. Some circumspection would, IMHO, be best all round.
