The Leave vote won so what's the plan now?
Maybe the plan was to hope that Cameron would stay in place, lead the exit negotiations & then take the blame for c0ck1ng that up as well.

Then Boris could come blustering in to "sort it out"

But the Remain side must take some responsibility for not directly confronting Leave & asking what their "Brexit Strategy" actually was.

in fairness, I don't think it's up to lovinitinuk of the MSE forums to draw up an exit plan.

I rather think that he was more or less entitled to believe that, er, that nice Mr Farage, Mr Gove, & Mr Johnson would fight an honest campaign based on the high-level realities & could afterwards be left to sort out the details. The usefulness and arguably the validity of the referendum rather rested on assumptions of this sort, as really should Mr Farage & co's liberty to walk the streets as free men rather than being [say] banged up in the Tower indefinitely.

he was hopelessly misguided in this belief, obviously, but all the same I'm not now looking to him/her for a plan.
I wasn't misguided by anyone. But you're right, I'm not sure why Generali expects anyone on forum to make the plans. It appears their tantrum has resorted to repeating the same question and using the word "idiot" multiple times.

The thing about democracy is that you have a right to a vote and responsibility to educate yourself as to what you are voting for.

I am tired of hearing Leave people say that they either voted Leave as a protest and didn't think it would win, that they don't like EU meddling but can't name one single piece of EU legislation that has meddled with the UK as a sovereign nation, or just that they don't like foreigners.

They have thrown our country into complete chaos and simply don't get off that lightly.

    And whats your responsibility?

To blame people for disagreeing with you?

Why did you not muster more support. If the argument is that easily won how did you fail to convince people otherwise? How did YOU allow this to happen?

People need to take some pride.

O and FYI, theres no manual with a referrendum. DC saw to putting a simple questions to the 'simple' people. You talk of accepting responsibility yet slopey shoulders is prevalent.

YOU should have done more if you feel as passionate as you portray.

The only people with the resources to draw up comprehensive and credible plans are the government.
The 'remain ' government failed to do so.
The government of the day has TOTAL responsiblility for its failings.

I agree but I'd imagine that if you're going to kick over the statues then you'd have some kind of clue about what happens next.

People are entitled to believe what they want IMHO. IMHO so am I.

I would hope that people succumbing to Project Vote Idiot hasn't negated freedom of speech.

I respect people's rights to vote idiotically but I would hope, in turn, they would respect my right to think them idiots for voting idiotically.

If you don't want to be called an idiot then don't be an idiot. It's not that hard.

So Leave can say "put on this blindfold & walk through this doorway" & it's Remain's fault that there's no floor on the other side? Despite telling people that there was no floor on the other side!

Haha, loving your sense of humour there.

What's the plan though? What happens next?

You voted for this so what happens now? What did you vote for?

    Idiots.
