Funny how things happen and change.. So was I going to leave my current house share and looking for something else.
I was texting my aunt this afternoon telling her about things. She has said I can go and live with her and my uncle for a few months rent free so I can pay off my debts and save up for a place of my own.
This of course is going to help massively as I will be able to pay off my debts and save for a deposit for a place to rent in about 4 months.
Fingers crossed I get a start date tomorrow.

So this is my new SOA.
Obviously I'm not paying rent or bills. Fuel gone up as a bit further to commute. I need to seize this opportunity to the full and pay off all my debt then try to reduce my monthly outgoing to as little as possible so I can get my own place.

Well done on the new job Welly! You sound ecstatic.
And it's lovely of your family to offer for you to stay with them rent free. It really will help you alot.
I hope your first day goes well today.

Thanks everyone! Been a good day, been on the road most of it doing post runs etc round all the local GPs etc. Think I will enjoy it there.
Been struggling a bit knowing things with my ex are over for good, seems he has a much older lady on the go and well I just feel like a fool. I know I have done the right thing but it does hurt.

Glad you are enjoying it.
Oh you will get over it, there will be times when you just dwell on what was which is totally natural. Don't feel like a fool, at the end of the day it is his loss in the end, you deserve better.

So I survived my first week in my new job! I say survived but I've really enjoyed it and think I'll be really happy there.
Handing in my notice on my room tomorrow, quiet weekend otherwise.. off to move some stuff to my aunt and uncles and join the gym.
Will hopefully get all my £200 deposit back well no reason why I shouldn't then I can save this for debt payments (hear horror stories from the new lad about not being paid correctly) so will save it just in case until I get paid...
Emotionally I'm still exhausted, I feel sad that I was made a fool of I really thought I'd notice and well that he wouldn't do that to me.. but it's his loss!!
