Errrrm, you are asking the wrong gal.
I have no idea - someone who knows will be along soon to help you with that.

I too am untech so hopefully someone will be along soon!! Off to sit in the sunshine for a while and hope it'll make me feel a bit better.. I'm not a good patient when I'm ill!!
Also going to ponder ways to make and save money and have a good scout about on here later!

Enjoy the sun welly!
I am currently in work sitting at a window with the sun shining on me, bit like the greenhouse effect but I am loving it!

Thank you the sun was lovely! Hoping it's another nice day today. Lot's to do today I need to organize all my paperwork for the interview tomorrow and decide what I'm going to wear.
Then I need to go to the bank and change my address but I have to drive to the town down the road as we don't have a local branch. Then clean out my car as it still smells of pigs!
Have a good day everyone

So I'm going to ramble a bit here but I have a plan..
Before my sister and I went our separate ways we lived in a wee cottage in the countryside on a country estate. I moved to Cumbria then my sister moved to a town as she didn't like living in the middle of nowhere (she's not as country as me!). When I moved back to Yorkshire in May I messaged the agent and said I was moving back and asked if there was any properties empty, there wasn't unsurprisingly.
I emailed again last week more as a heads up I'm still here kind of thing and they have said they would happily have me again as a tenant as soon as somewhere comes up, which is great knowing I can go back but I could be waiting years (long term tenancys, people don't leave often!) that's annoying but I need to use the current situation to my advantage so I've formulated a plan.
1) I need to pay off my current debt ASAP - considering getting a second job, I'm out of things to sell.
2) Start a decent emergency fund, don't really have one at the moment and it's obviously important.
3) Pay bills annually if possible such as car tax, insurance and set up another separate car spends fund.
4) Save up deposit and rent for a house should it come up.
I'm basically wanting to get sorted and be in the best position possible should the right place come up. I'm happy here for the moment it's cheaper than renting a place I'm close to work etc so until I'm sorted a bit more unless a place comes up I've got to sit tight and work hard!

Post your SOA over on the Debt Free Wannabe board, you'll have lots of good advice from them.
Well done on getting a plan together too

Good plans Welly.
It would be lovely if you could move back to the wee cottage or somewhere similar.

Well I think my interview yesterday went well, we shall see tho I will find out if I'm successful this afternoon. The only downside is being the NHS it can take up to 3 months to get sorted an into post.
I have a couple of hours induction at the factory this morning and can start there on Monday so it may be a case of working there for a few months before I get the NHS job sorted if I get it of course as I'm down to my last £400 which is on my credit card which I need for my rent.
I felt really really down last night and this morning, I just want to get out of this mess..

So I had a phone call this morning and I've been offered the hospital job! Had a nice induction at the factory they are a really nice company to work for it seems.
Some thinking to do this weekend for sure..

Just typical eh.....two job offers! Like you say you need to weigh up each one.
I always do a pro and con list in situations like this. You need to think about long term prospects, holidays, pensions etc
Good luck0
