Sorry for absence from thread. Have been feeling a bit yucky.

Wedding has been getting me down. I am unable to do so much. Luckily my sister has stepped in and we are back on track.

The wedding wine was delivered yesterday by Mr A. Hadn't thought about substitutions. The toasting wine we ordered was Cava, some of which was replaced with Asti and some with prosecco. So the latter two were sent back and we will source some more Cava so everyone drinks the same.

Anyway much love to everyone and I will try and keep in touch more need week.

    Morning all

I did a clean in DS's room yesterday. While the intention is he should do it that realistically isn't going to happen. I stripped and remade his bed, put away stuff brought from uni, emptied some bags and combined pots etc to streamline storage. He got his results this week and has passed so can put Llb after his name! I have put a bag of uni paperwork out which I am hoping he will check through and it can be recycled.
I dperately need to get into the garden and slash and burn. Rained off yesterday.
I also need to sort out raffle prize list and upload to website. Oh and link physical prizes to winners so rhey can be collected.

    Morning!

Still chaos here. And dust. I'm ignoring it.

Out last night with DD at her show until gone 10pm. Aww, I'm so proud of her, she was brilliant, they all were. It's a sign of a good show when you enjoy watching the parts your kiddie isn't even in :)

She's up now, with her cats costume on, dancing in her room.

Today I need to wash a few pots, clean the downstairs loo and put some spuds in the halogen oven for lunch. We're going out for tea later... We might pop to the football field just in case as I still need to get papers to the coach.

Plastering finished and drying out and fitting begins tomorrow

Just go with the flow, CY lots of rest so you are well enough to enjoy the day xxx

    Good morning all,

CY - I can recommend Aldi cava, it's less than £4.50 a bottle and really yummy. Take it easy lovely xx

Been up since silly o clock with the small people. Kitchen spotless, WM on its third load and all hoovering done. We were going to have a day out but we are all shattered so DH will wash the car and that's about it, oh and a kiddy party later at soft play, saves me cooking their tea :p

I'm craving a lazy day, we seem to have been doing everything at a million miles an hour recently, so for now the TV is on and we are all on the sofa

    Have lovely days all xx

Morning all. Another one here worried about LW.

    Today I have:

WUDUPA and bleached the kitchen sink
Sorted out all indoor plants and vases of flowers
Done half an hour on the rebounder
    Had a bath
    Eaten lots of fruit
Put the first of two washloads in the machine

    Plans for rest of day:
    Cut grass out back
    Walk the dog
    School fair
More gardening if poss/most probably will help DH with his appraisal paperwork

I hope everyone is having a great day.
Spend less now, work less later.

*waves to CY* .. look after yourself first.. the rest will come together.. xx

Valli.. gratz to DS.. DD1 passed her first year at uni.. hopefully next year will be less stressful for us all and everyones college/uni/work days will not be confined to 2 days of mayhem!

Twinkle seems to be poorly today.. she has done 3 huge vomits.. covered OH and my bed, her basket, her clothes and blanket.. I'm better at reacting than OH so I caught it in a muslin ;) .. go me!! lol

My bed is stripped and ready to hang out.. *cue rain!!*

OH wants to mince the grass too.. *cue more rain* .. it's been raining every time he had the time so it is rather long now.. *cue thunder and lightning*

Girlies all very tired.. silly critters are insisting on getting up at some god-forsaken o'clock and just crying all day long.. :(

Have done a couple of hours in the garden, green bin almost full! I don't compost weeds the council can deal with them. The weeds were so bad the hairy bitter cress, which likes bare soil, hasn't had a look in! Most of is was grass I am blessed with one which sends creepers over the top of the soil as well as couch which sends roots underneath! Anyway soil can be seen, there's a chance we might get some strawberries as the plants can now be seen, too. I was dripping wet, so have showered.
Bunny hutch emptied and airing/drying. 3 loads on line.
Neighbour asked about my sister so I got a bit snivelly. Bloody cancer.

CY hope you have a restful day. Virtual spoons coming your way for the run up and the day itself. Xxxx

Gardening done, and a tip run to get rid of the weeds, the wet weather /then warm is making them grow.

OH has cut the lawn for me, and gone out on his bike

    Other daily stuff is done.

Going to watch some of the tennis.

Savvy Shopper! I've been Money Tipped!
    Hi All

Have smashed through my list today
    - thrown away an old mobile that was still hanging up in my 7 year olds room
    - Hoovered the whole house
    - Dusted the bedroom and cleaned all the glass, even got up on a chair and hoovered and dusted the top of my wardrobe
    - Done a load and hung it to dry
    - Put an old chalk board out to the street for any passer by that wants it
    - Took 3 pairs of trousers to the fabric bank and found £1 in the pocket whilst going :)
    - OH cut the lawn
    - Did a small shop & menu planned 2 meals using up what we had
    - Dragged the meat slicer out that I am selling (hopefully) & dusted it checked it worked still then listed it on ebay £250 if it comes off
    - Threw out some more miscellaneous tat
    - Bleached the downstairs loo
    - Took down & recycled this years school calendar

Also have had a lovely day playing in the park with both children & enjoying a chilled day with OH.

Hope everyone else has had a good sunday.

    Bob
