    Morning all.

My body has decided that even if my alarm goes off at 6am I'm not getting up until 7.10am. Not happy with that but at least its not 8am....

DD has just gone for a bath, so I'm going to get stuck in with the jobs downstairs. I'm hoping moving around will warm me up. WM has already been on once, and I'm going to put the old cleaning cloths through on a hot cycle now, so I can clean the oven later. Then I'm going to use some of my new ones to clean the windows etc downstairs. TD is doing its thing for the 2nd load of the day as I'm not playing the washing hokey-cokey today. :p

I seem to have located my GUAG, hurrah!

I went to Aldi for my big shop - spent £108 but we have a fully stocked freezer and fridge now. Kiddies collected, shopping put away (no mean feat, I forgot to take bags to Aldi so it was all loose in the boot :o), unloaded DW, WUDUPA, and put the WM on. Oh and hoovered downstairs and ordered some logs.

I am about to sweep out the fire - its really chilly here so we may have it on tonight. Also need to lug the printer upstairs - it can live in the spare room from now on, I am fed up of looking at it on the LR floor. Suggested to DH that we sort out the garage tomorrow when he is back, let's see what he says....

Oh dear Dizzy I really hope your respective pals are ok xx

Hope you are all having lovely days xx

Got up 3.5 hrs late - DH shifting onto nights but didn't tell me so I was awake late rather than turning out the lights. 0630 just wasn't happening as a result.

Vet for Oz a/b's. Over £100 in vets bills in 1week. aaaaaaah Dentist, gym and Lidl. What I've saved there in 2 weeks will just about cover the vet

Dizzy hope your friends have a better weekend.

Iona hope you are supervising from the sidelines.

Getting worried about LW now. Either she loved the holiday so much she stayed, or MrLW is keeping her very busy in his retirement.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

Don't you just hate it when you cross jobs off a list and end up adding more to it? But I have cleaned the oven properly for the first time this year :rotfl:

    Hi all

Out last night, had a lovely time but now I am soooo tired its not true, and the poor dog hasnt been walked yet. I am officially too old to stay out after midnight.

Been out and bought a moped for DS1 today, there's a random thing to do on a Saturday. As you know I spend a ridiculous amount of time driving DS1 about and the plan is that this will give both me and him some freedom. Need to get him booked on a training course so he can be let loose on the road.

Nothing else much achieved. Family fed with lasagne for tea, need to do a meal plan for next week.

But first that poor dog needs a walk, going to make OH come with me as he didnt walk the dog yesterday!

On top of daillies and have had another ebay sale today so thats one parcel out this morning & another to send Monday. So decluttering going well.

Lots of bits and pieces the last 2 days as I had private assessments to do at home both days.
Whole downstairs vacuumed in preparation for students.
Some gardening done after assessment yesterday.
    Few bits of random cleaning/tidying.
This afternoon went to the tip with 5 more bags of garden shreddings, went to Mr T to get a few odds & s*ds for the next couple of days and ended up with loads more - but am stockpiling gf stuff I need to take away at the end of next week when we are in a cottage with 4 friends in Brecon.
Went to Arg0s as I'd sadly stood on my beloved 6yr old kindle and cracked the screen. Did a bit of searching on line, and you can buy new screens, so Mr N said he would try to fix it and have the old kindle, as he was thinking of getting one himself anyway. I spent time last night deciding which new one to get, balancing various vouchers I've been saving for a good cause. Decided on Arg0s as I had £42 in L0ve2sh0p vouchers, and an unspecified amount on a gift card! Oddly the cashier couldn't tell me how much was on it - I thought about £15 - so she had to type in £10 and swipe it repeatedly until it stopped accepting. Turned out it was £32 so I was very pleased.

Just made a list with the friends of what we need to buy for the cottage and what places we might like to go/things to do while we are there. It will be 3 motorbikes and one large car as the other 2 wives don't bike.

Tomorrow is church am, I'm reading and I haven't even looked at it yet. Hopefully nothing unpronounceable as it is New Testament. Then hope weather good enough to garden.
