No flying to report unless you count a run to the tip. And decluttered some locks at the hairdressers.
Still kitchenless although it's 3/4 plastered now. One or two incidents today that I could have cried over but I won't. Electrician might not be very happy when he comes back  but the ceiling looks beautifully smooth
Was awake about 4hrs that I shouldn't have been last night so I'm bushed. I've just done wraps and snacks for tea as we are all too tired to be going out again.
Hectic weekend so won't be around much. Oh, DS was ok at school and I have a meeting with the head on Monday...
See you all later xxBossymoo

Crossed off things on the list further up. Struggling to clean things due to a distinct lack of cleaning cloths.
Can't do much in the way of floors downstairs as there's washing all over them. I'm off to clean the bathroom while DD continues to dust both bedrooms

Evening all,
Carpy day, nothing done, car broke down on way to work this morning, luckily just coming out of a shop car park and not on the motorway. I had to leave it on the car park until it could be towed away. It was one of those car parks with a camera, and you get fined 100 quid of you stay for more than 90mins. I tried to ring the number on the signs, straight to answerphone, and no-one rang back all day. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. This is the second time the car has broken down in a month.
On the plus side, both DDs got fab school reports.
I'm off for a glass of something to end the day. And choccy.0 -
Just before bed update
If its gone it's done and its looking like it's basically wash the windows and vacuum/mop through left as the beds always get changed on a Sunday so I've taken those off as well

Just flopping into bed now after a late night collection from the train station for the skids. I've been awake since 4.50am, so my eyes feel like the sandman has built castles in them now.
No flying done today really as have been sorting out replacement glass for the digger cab, putting away an endless food shop...oh, and reading Hairy Maclary stories over and over again. I think I know each one by heart now :wall:
DSS is here to help with the final soil excavations and bund-building, so hopefully the odd tree stump can be ripped out too and I can start trying to tame the garden. No promises though, and you know what? I've always loved wild flower meadows :rotfl:
Two friends had rough days today - one's daughter aged 5 had to have an operation on her knee and another had to talk her hubby down from jumping off Beachy Head. Cleaning red felt-tip pen off the caravan walls doesn't seem so bad in comparison...0 -
Good morning all,
I don't want to be an adult todayI just want to snuggle back under the duvet, with my book, and have a day off from RL. But I can't so here goes....
Going to have a very quick shower then walk the dog, get to Aldi for 8am to do a big shop then collect the small people from the in laws. They had a sleepover last night, so I could have a rest, but I slept dreadfully and feel worse than when I dropped them off!
Flying wise, I may wash our bedding if I can be arissed. Have lovely days all xxMFW
