Best SIM free phone, any recommendations?

I have a Motorola Moto G which I have to replace as it's terribly slow and laggy as soon as 2 apps are running together

I am looking for a Sim Free phone with fast Internet (preferably 4G), Android 5 and good battery life, so that the phone lasts me at least until the end of the day (the Moto G battery currently lasts me until 11 or 11.30 am)

preferably something not too large or bulky so it doesn't look like I have a chopping board in my pocket... but that's really the last of my requirements, the ones above are far more important.

I'm only looking for Sim free phones, I am very happy with my current Virgin tariff

Have you tried doing a factory reset on the phone, it could make a difference ?

What about the Moto E 4g 5 inch screen 2nd generation from amazon for £65

Is your current phone the Moto G first generation ? If it is you can get moto g 4g 2nd gen for £100.

price between £150 and £200, I have the Motorola XT1032 which is 3G if I remember correctly?

moto g 4g 2nd gen for £100 is an absolutely steal ! where can you get it ? so far the lowest price I found for it is this

oh and I've tried the factory reset a few times to no avail. still very laggy and slow

is it normal that my battery lasts until 11.30 am with normal use? I use internet with it but mainly sites and pictures, I never play videos or games for example...

So you charge it up over night and it lasts a couple of hours ?

If that's the case no its not normal but saying that I've not had the Moto G first generation.

the whole specs aren't listed but it's the same one I am guessing? or are there different G4s around?

Sounds like the battery is on its way out.

Probably bigger than you'd like but the Vodafone smart ultra 6 can be purchased for just over £100, unlock codes are a few pounds from ebay.
