  • Wow. Hadn't expected to create so much debate. For what it's worth I expect to wake up tomorrow to still be in the EU (which is how I voted). I think it's a sad state of affairs when our government has completely screwed us when it comes to housing etc and we make immigrants the scapegoat.

    If we do stay in I'm guessing house prices will keep on climbing up. :(

    The main driver for house prices will always be supply and demand (as with any commodity). The result of the referendum is not necessarily going to change the supply or the demand in any way.
