Yes https://community.plus.net/t5/Forum/ct-p/Forum is the place to chase this up. I think there is also a ticketing system you could use.
Front end support people are often pretty clueless at all ISPs and rarely have much in the way of the skills needed to recognise a genuine problem.0 -
I've raised a support ticket with Plusnet and it's going to be looked into on Monday.
Get the impression they've put me on the 40/2 package rather than the 80/20 package (despite signing up for Unlimited Fibre Extra).It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0
