Sorry for being so obviously negative (which I do not think I am), but this whole thing is absolute rubbbish - how can businesses rely on it?
This did not happen with Windows 2000 - which is 16 years ago.
If this is progress, then they can shove it up where the sun doesn't shine!0 -

Yes, how do you do that?

Usually doing the Win10 install again removes this option. As your system reads the last Win 10 as your previous version, not the 7/8/8.10 -
I was also considering a system restore back to last Monday/Tuesday, when everything was running OK.
I cannot even open Adobe Elelments at the moment.
I have managed to save a lot of photos and documents to my external hard disk, so I am not that bothered, but it is just the speed of the PC which is worrying me.
Sometimes when I am typing there is a distinct "lag" before the letters/words appear.0 -

Clicking on that link managed to freeze my PC for 5 minutes:(0 -
If you have your files backed up, just go to Settings - Update & Security - Recovery - Reset this PC .....

Another reported 100% disk usage (W10); fixed by disabling Superfetch.

(this is the first I've heard of high disk usages with W10; is this a recent W10 issue?)If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
You need to look at your antivirus and associated applications. Uninstall all third party AV and anti-spyware and then reboot. I'd be very interested to see your software inventory and what state your PC was pre W10
It's not the first time you've had slowdown problems pre W10 :

How much free disk space do you have ?
I did have a few problems with slow running on W7, but solved it by loking at the startup programmes.
I have around 93GB of free disk space at the moment.
Would more RAM possibly solve the problem - I have 4GB.0
