For those getting good retention deals with Sky - are you signing up for new 18 month term, or do they still offer 12 months? Thanks0

Sky tv was 12 month. Broadband was 18.
May have ruled myself out of Sky q tv for the next 12 months unless there is ever a deal to keep the same tv deal for any sky q minimum term.0 -

Keep your eye on the website for offers, I think you'll retain the % discount if upgrading but pay the extra £12 a month plus any upfront fees. You can always try putting it in to a basket and just hold off hitting the final buy button.0 -

It depends what you're getting I think, Sky Q tends to be for 18 month deals, 12 month and even rolling monthly deals are possible for HD+0 -

Is your Sky Q an extension to an original 18 month deal?0 -
No it's always been 12months.:)0

When I renegotiated I did ask for a longer term, but they would not budge.:(0

Just wanted to ask what reasons people were giving when you are asked the “We’re sorry you want to leave can I ask why?” Question. I usually say price but they start trying to break down my package which I don’t want I just want the discount. We have SKY Q at the moment and wondered whether it was better to say I was unhappy with the service?0
