Called in yesterday as I've not been too pleased with my connection lately and my contract ends in a few days, I'm on 150mb and have been paying £36 per month.

The retentions team offered me £38 per month...

I said goodbye! It will be interesting to see if they call back.
  • I cancelled mine yesterday too. The revised prices were not much better. I think 70mb, Talk Unlimited, line rental and basic TV for £61 (Going up another £3.50 soon) is pretty expensive.
I have the the Super Hub (2 I think) which I have to keep resetting as the internet drops a lot.

See what they come back with.

I have Full House TV, Vivid 200 and Talk Weekends and pay £57.50 which includes a £7 loyalty discount. Is this a good price or not? My contract finishes in a few weeks.

So retentions have called me back, £28 per month for 150mb, 12 month contract and it will ignore the upcoming price increase.

I'm happy with that. Well worth the call.

Not bad for an end of contract price. Does that include the basic telephone with line rental ?
  • £22.50 (£10 recurring discount for 18 months) for 100mb broadband only. I had to put 30 days notice to get this as I was only offered £2 by the first team I spoke to
