Curl girl that is awful, and to be honest it is not only theft but it is out and out rude.

DO NOT WANT TO START AN ARGUMENT OVER RIGHTS & WRONGS

Thanks to the "person" who claimed my APG:mad:
I naively posted my receipt number to share the results to give something back and help others. I went to print my APG's today before i go shopping and it says
You've already claimed this voucher against a different ASDA.com account. If you'd like to print your voucher again, please log in using the same ASDA.com account you claimed the voucher against previously.

note to self and a reminder to others remember this is a public forum and read by lots of people. I was thinking no one could claim it as I had the receipt but forgetting there is always someone who can work the system :(

Looking at it from another point of view...some kind person might of checked it for you while still logged in to their details and accidentally would have locked it to their account , so anyone that did check it for you could check again to see if they are able to print x

You're right curlgirl, no one can claim it as you have the receipt.

But - when someone checks an APG, it is now locked to that person's account if they are still logged into their own Asda account when they check it.

If whoever checked it for you was logged in when they checked it, it is now locked to their account and can only be printed by them. The person who has locked it may not even know what they have done.

    Afternoon

This has happened to a lot of people on the fb wombling thread. They have told people who post a photo of the receipt not to include the tc number.
Most likely checked by someone logged in in asda account although I suppose it is possible to go through self service without a receipt as long as you have the numbers and don't get caught.

Sorry this has happened to you:(

Hi guys, I might be wrong here but at SS are you sure you need a reciept? Can't you scan the APG then type in the transaction number ?

P.S. I hope someone has made a genuine mistake.
I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.

That's was I was thinking too - cos when I enter a receipt no I don't have to sign in which can be a nuisance as there are times when I really need to use another account :D

It's awful if it was deliberate though curl girl.

Curl girl I am another who is totally disgusted with the theft and also a believer in karma, the person responsible might not even of been able to use the apg without the receipt, purely done to cause upset, it makes me so angry:mad:
Ok so seems possible a genuine mistake, hope the person can print and send to you, or email as a PDF
The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.

Oh, and we have been swamped by Nepalese round here. They do not permit their women to learn English in case they socialise with other English women. The younger ones do though. But their attitude is bad, I had one elderly gent try to grab my handlebars whilst shouting no bikes. This was on a toucan crossing (bikes and pedestrians). It was actually quite dangerous as he was in a group (they always seem to be in groups of 4 or 5) and I could easily have ridden into one of them had he managed to grab my bike.

So, if you want to live here: Learn the language, accept our way of life and do not try to stop us living that way, learn our rules, accept that the rule of law is the same for all, that is British law, accept that I can cycle past the mosque in shorts and T shirt. In fact act like you want to live here and not in the country you came from.

As for refugees, genuine ones are welcome, but genuine refuges go to the first safe place, they do not endanger their children by then crossing perilous stretches of water to get somewhere "better".

Hi Just read above I live in Surrey and we have a lot of Nepalese people living in our area They are all retired Gurkhas with their family members I am realy surprised that you have had problems with them I have found the nepalese people very friendly and polite I have also had the honour of serving wth the gurkha,s in Borneo

As I think I was the one that checked those numbers for u a few weeks ago, I just checked again logging in with the 2 email adresses I use for checking apg's and got the same message as you. If someone has checked for you and happened to be logged in at the time, they can copy and paste the voucher to a email for you to print out. That's if they come forward. I really hope they do.
