Errant son had a days packing job yesterday - it was one where x number of components went into a certain sized box and then x boxes went into an outer casing and onto a pallet - no idea why but he seemed to find it interesting, I went into a coma just listening to the description of what he had to do ...
So about 6 last night he came bouncing in the door like the Duracell bunny, showered, sorted his kit out for today, eat his pasta bake, side salad and coleslaw and then set off into the night for the long drive down south....
So about 4 and a half hours later, about 11.30 he messaged up that he and the big van were parked up about 20 mins from his final destination for the night - looking at the timing I think he might have got slightly lost or the traffic was heavy or suchlike.
This morning he drove the final bit and had his breakfast in the car park.

Today he has an interview at another centre in Kent or at least on the borders - one we have high hopes for so any Elite positive thoughts would be welcome :)

positive thoughts to you and Errant son...I'm warming to the lad :)

Mhoc, is there a possibility it could be hayfever? Apparently there is "super pollen" about.

Thanks for posting this hornetgirl. I always suffer at this time of year with the tree pollen, but this is the worst I have ever been :(

My Mr !!!!!! shop from today - yes I forgot to get the sparkling water  - only 2 bottles left in the house and me with a ghastly throat :(

Yes, I messed up but in a good way. I was aiming for the baby food to match the Sada offer price which it didn't as I picked random flavours - confronted with shelves of baby food in 60 flavours and 3 age ranges I get very confused :p

Instead it matched sainsbobs and this was actually not a bad thing as the baby food is cheaper in Sainsbobs as is the pizza :j
So £1.75 brand guarantee off the bill

Amazingly my little store had the correct sugar (and its something I am actually running out of as well) so the sugar and doggy food are for COS.

The pizza I had 2 print off MOCs from the free link that was doing the rounds yesterday which I had some issues with but eventually I managed to get to print - and also pizza cheaper in sainsbobs :j

    So final total £9.05
    minus £3 from COS = £6.05
minus whatever shopimum give me maybe £2.55
so milk and rice pud £2.75 plus the baby food is maybe 75p so not too bad -going into the food bank next week and the doggy food will go into the pet collection basket

This £3 from COS should take me over the amount needed to withdraw on both accounts.
Also took another big bag to put in the food bank today so a good result all round.
