Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Busy this afternoon as one of my stepsons is coming down to attend a family wedding, on his late mothers side. Wedding tomorrow but his children are coming to sleep here tonight and be with us tomorrow. No children allowed at the wedding.

Trying to work out best way round for sleeping arrangements

Catch you all up later today xx
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

After I did the charity walk at the beginning of March, two of my toenails (not the big ones thankfully) turned black  One has gradually just faded and now looks almost normal again but the other one hasn't. It has now got loose and I'm guessing will probably drop off soon _pale_ I am so not looking forward to this :o

HG please can you point me in the direction of your link, you have reminded me I never got round to making my donation. :o

I hope your toenail holds on long enough for some new growth underneath. x

Need some help please please please,

I bought one of those Nook Simple Touch things when they were cheap in Sainsbobs, I gave it to DD1 and she never ever set it up. It's only been out the box over last few years to be looked at.

Anyway I decided to try and set it up today. But looks like seeing it is now probably 5 years old not going to happen because of this...:(

    https://help.barnesandnoble.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3481/kw/nook%20uk

I have set up a barnes and noble account on the US site but there is no where to put in a nook serial number and I am going round in circles.

I get as far as putting in the wifi, it connects says it is registering and then error screen.

Seems was passed to Sainsbury's in the uk who in turn passed to Kobo if someone could look at the detail on the link for me please do you think it is a lost cause?

I have found info on "rooting" it not sure what I am doing there though. Would that mean I could use it for any e books? I was trying to do it before Saturday for DD2 to take to Canada.

Wish that would happen with the sugar as typically our Tesco didn't have the type needed

Hi Emarald. Not sure if it helps but the sugar just appears as sugar on the receipt. Maybe you could just get some other sugar which costs £2 instead? I accidentally ;) bought caster sugar as I use it more than granulated. Receipt has been processed fine. :)

That has worked :j Thank you x

Now I need to find out how to side load books, have found another site with those same instructions plus you need to download Adobe Digital Editions so I have just done that so now I am stuck again. :rotfl:

I am hoping I can test it by downloading/borrowing a book from the library? Not sure don't have a clue really. :o

The books from library still have use by dates, there is also Calibre that would be good to down load.
