Mounds of the free Peperami bunch of 5s that were free on COS/Q - no one eats this

DD1 took loads of these when she visited her very poor cousin at Uni - he devoured then the same evening:eek::eek: Previously he had eaten up quite a few Udi's too!

If I was really mean I would have sent the Mozzarella and Basil Kettle chips, but I'll plough on with them.....

Called at MS and managed to get rid of some bits of paper. Split my transactions this time so that annoying little 35p went through on its own against some daffodils which I wanted anyway, then used a bigger one for some sausages. I'll use them all individually from now on to save the hassle.

My A has really stocked up on sharpies of all sorts including ours.

Looking at W - there's a fairly good comp on the Colgate Barbie and Spiderman battery toothbrushes - currently £7 in A, £4.50 in W, as far as I can see those are the only two types sold by both.

Also the Oral B stages Frozen/Cars/Star Wars Rechargeables are £35 in A and £17.50 in W, don't know if these will compare though as they have a charging unit and might be electrical rather than dental?

canned tomato soup is the very very worst.

My m-I-l always had it before Christmas dinner - again because it was persevered to be very posh -mainly why I hate it, the awful Christmas dinners I was forced to endure.
    - m-I-l had great expectations of grandeur with her tomato soup.
    - like something out of Mills and Boon, very humble origins, back to backs in some coal mining town in the North east but snared and married the landed gentry, a Cheshire farmer :rotfl:
    Times were different then ...
I got quite a few tomato tins before Christmas with the MOCs so gradually it is all going into the food banks ...

I quite like it now but it's taken about 45 years, good if you want a mid-day sugar fix on a workday, I find, as it's very very sweet.

Reason it took so long is that every week my ma used to make home made fishcakes, served with runner beans and mashed potatoes, but for reasons best known to herself, she served the lot in a puddle of Heinz tomato soup.

To be fair I bet we would all rather be eating something homemade by you round that lovely table that supports so many happy family meals....
I remember a few years back your boys finding far too many lobsters in the pots down at the beach....that would be a nice meal for us all to share....

we need some lovely food pic's from you and cake pics from PD....I'll put the kettle on!
