Anyone that feels they are having problems cutting down on drink, my OH use to drink a lot. He had to see a liver specialist as his liver results were coming back iffy. They put him on a high dose of vitamin B12 and B1. It did the trick. He has been tee total about 4 years now and his liver is ok. I never thought I would see the day he would give up drink. My mum used to like her wine too much too. I told her GP about this vitamin trick and she pooh poohed it and said she didnt believe it was that easy. I got some B1 and B12 from Amazon and yes it did the trick and she doesnt crave wine now. Still has the occasional glass but nothing like what she was consuming before. The liver specialist told me and OH that people that drink too much, the alcohol robs there body of B12 and B1 and this is what tells your brain you need alcohol. Also some people who drink too much dont eat properly.
Anyway, worth a try if anyone is having problems with alcohol.

Well thats an hour or two of my life I wont get back. Been trying to verify some account using my passport to get my pension forecast and it keeps throwing me out. Will try again later.
However, a few years ago when I lost my job and went to sign on JSA, first of all I was told I hadnt paid enough NI . However on enquiring again, it turned out I had paid enough. Job centre told me this was a common problem as if Gov.uk dont know what they are doing. Happened to me when I was expecting my son in 1987. First of all told I hadnt paid enough of something for stat maternity pay. I was in tears as desperately needed the money at that time. Took my OH to the benefit centre the next day, where it was confirmed that I had paid enough.Keep Moving 2018 challenge.
January....
Week 1-4 total 159.44 miles
Week 5.... 41.66 miles
Not moving anywhere! House renovations taken over life!!0 -
The thing is...I'm not having problems on cutting out the drink....I actually think I am enjoying being without an evening glass of wine....and thats all it ever was!0

Just checking my nectar and I've got
1000 bonus points you must book your journey on the Virgin Trains West Coast mainline
did we decide if going from waverly to haymarket was def West coast and not east coast?
It has potential to be both, you can confirm by checking the other stops that are on the selected route and compare it with an east/west route map
It's easy to book a ticket between those stations on a non-virgin service so be sure you are definitely booking a virgin trainApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

This is interesting as I know 1988 was one of the years I had issues with as its down as not a complete year. I know for sure I was doing enough hours and paying enough National Insurance to get stat.maternity pay and I think I worked up until Christmas at least. Eldest child was born end of January so I was going home responsibilities NI so as far as I know there were no gaps in that year.
If you got stat.maternity pay did that also qualify you - I cant remember how many weeks you got it for.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Ooh. Thank you. The offer was on the Nectar app. I've been loading the spend £90 to card just in case but have never used it. I went looking for the Virgin train offer but I don't have that.
These 2 offers should be available to everyone:
500 points available on East coast routes
https://www.nectar.com/collecting-points/sponsors/virgin-trains-east-coast
500 points available on West coast routes

They're on the website rather than on the app. I bought Haymarket to Waverley both times but made sure that it was an east/west coast onward service as appropriateApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Yes I would imagine if its East coast it would then go onto to Berwick, Newcastle etc.

Looks like I might have to phone them up to get my forecast0
