hi all, back from the football, my poor feet are like ice cubes!!

Quick Q - I am going to change my BB and Phone line from Sky to BT, I've found a plan suitable and will save me £15 a month and moneyback on Q. Can I keep my landline no.? I rang sky to see if I could get any sort of offer and the woman was rude and unhelpful and it was a big fat no lol, told me offers were for tv customers only. Might be worth the change as I have a really old internet which at best is between 4-6 mbps or whatever the letters are

I find the guys at Sky are more pleasant when I ring. If I get nowhere I put phone down and ring back and normally get what I ask for :money:

  • 2 more consecutive B00ts shops. Well, technically 3 really, as I forgot to hand my coupon over on the first one so I had to decline my shop, get it voided and start over. :o

Is it sad to buy shampoo I don't want - simply so that I can try out some of the alternative uses for it?

I think the answer is yes. :o

Is that a copy of Womans Weekly on your chair?
Any mention of Womans Weekly always makes me think of this. So funny.

    Good Morning kind folk :D

WEll I'm up in time to get myself over to Peterboro to see that free film, thanks to Berry barking for her breakfast :rotfl: I could so easily have stayed in bed :o

Had a lovely day yesterday with the gang visiting. The lads got my other big armchair out (had to saw the top of the back off like other one to get it through the doors which is a pity as they were both lovely chairs, just too big) so I now have much more space in my lounge and two smaller but higher chairs so much better for me. And with them cut down like that, they were able to get them in my car and take one at a time to the tip, with a couple of other bits I had to go there :T

And Kit got to work on my kitchen, with my supervision to stop her throwing too much out, and it is so bright and clean in there, especially as I can see all my worltops now :j

A tiring day and my back and legs are aching even with the little I did, but so pleased with what got done. So we went to F & Benn's for a lovely fun filled meal afterwards, before they left for the drive home to Hampshire. They dropped Kit off in Portsmouth around 12.45 and the lads got home 1.45. I waited to hear that they got home OK before I wet to bed

Looking forward to seeing Hidden Figures, thanks to OP, as I've seen the trailers and it looks my sort of thing, but it will be first time I've been to cinema on my own :(

    See you all laters then

    Have a good day everyone

Hope tweets can load our Poppy's pic so I have that to look forward too

Nellie and I would like to report Hidden Figures was a really good film and very inspirational and with the bonuse of Kevin Costner in it too :)

    Thank you Josie Ann
