The Body Shop is to be sold off

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-38920864

Yes I read it on Retail Live the other day. Really pleased (dependant on who buys it) as L'oreal have terrible animal testing cruelty record and this reflected on Body Shop's cruelty free ethos
    I loved my golliwog :D

I still have my slide rule :D

I got up to necksies, but then at that time I was quite a bit taller than the others, I was even a goal attack in netball, only average height now though.

    I was goal defence :j

I loved the short gym skirts, my first really rebellious streak was when I swopped the large navy knickers for something significant smaller....... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Bunsen burners, cookery baskets and gymslips.

And a school photo of everyone that was always about 3 feet long.

I remember cats cradles and bunsen burners and cookery baskets. No gymslips.

OMG log tables!! Would you believe I started out at Uni studying Maths!!!... didn't last long.

log tables I could manage, couldn't believe they don't still have them. I also studied Maths at uni.

I remember cross country meant running home and persuading Mum to drop me back at school half an hour later. I got caught because I was one of the first back and the teacher found that unbelievable.
