    I have porridge sachets but have eaten my tea and feel ok.

    I had a SW Beef in Red Onion Gravy with Veg Crush really enjoyed it first thing I had eaten since around 12 yesterday dinner/lunch,

    Only got pepsi max and that's sugar free . Got that Ribena mulled in fridge.

    I have rang cook and we have had a good natter .

    I am having tomorrow off work and fingers crossed will be back Wednesday.

    They do say 48 hours off but I feel guilty when I have time off silly t
