    Well done!

It is great to win/get your deposit back and the cashback bonus, but please all, be careful not to get sucked in. It seems so simple to play and when you win may be tempted to deposit more. It doesn't take much for people to get hooked.

The secret with these deals is to only do them if you can afford to lose your deposit even if the cashback does not pay out and if you have control. Only deposit the amount required to trigger the cashback, only play what is required (minimum wager return) to meet the offer requirements, then withdraw and walk away.

I lost my £10 deposit :o so hopefully TCB will payout and I will still make a profit.

Well said, Anon. I've heard too many stories of lives ruined by gambling and it starts so gently. People are addicted before they realise.

With the nectar point promotion, if you do not have a sainsburys with a petrol station anywhere nearby, is it work taking part or do people have any other ideas. I only have a small one nearby and I find prices are very expensive so would never spend £10 on food.

Have a look at My Supermarket and see if there are any special offers this weekend which you need. I also sometimes, oddly, find that their Atrixo hand cream and other such toiletries are cheaper than elsewhere. But I agree, it's an expensive supermarket and I can't quite understand why their fuel is usually the cheapest around me.

Fortunately for me the car is showing one bar of fuel. The warning light has come on but I have about 50 miles or so to go and I won't do anything like that before Friday. Thanks, everyone, for your comments about driving on 'empty' -- very reassuring, though my car manual says dire things about what happens if the tank gets empty so I usually err on the side of caution.

I don't think so Scamps. I did this twice and the second time submitted the receipt after December. The form had changed implying that end December was the accurate end date. I don't know if something is different now though.

Thanks Picasso. I've just emailed them. I'll let you all know what they say. :)

    What new card please Seren?

Not Seren but I think it's the coop membership card - you pay £1, get 5% back on coop branded purchases and a percentage also goes to local causes.

Absolutely brilliant for wombling too - receipts are printed with the "if you'd swiped your card you'd have earned this much" blurb, you pick it up, take it home, log on to their website and add missed reciept  they're only small coops round my way but I've wombled reciepts with 30 or 40p on before. It all adds up

My contribution to this thread at present is my delight at buying a fabulous kettle, no glitches, just me being me, but the majority of the Elite seem to humour me and my clown foot :o

Sometimes I will stumble across a bargain & will willingly share to those that care ♥

And how is that clown foot today my dear xx :D :rotfl:

You know I care really :)
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.
