I am still on the hunt for a lovely nightwear set - pjs and matching dressing gown in a silky material for eldest child for wedding morning attire.
I did a lot of research earlier in the month but everything is still so wyncette and fluffy and wintery
I was hoping spring things would be appearing by now.
this is the nearest I've seen but I think she wants something less obvious, more floral and long sleeved

everything that is pure silk is a gob smacking price.
Have you tried Victorias Secret mhoc? They have some satin PJs.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

There are often codes floating around for them and promotions if you sign up for the email etc....but it might be worth a look

Will be interesting to see their reply. Surely they cannot wriggle out of that one
I have just been speaking to a journalist. Contacted the local paper as could not find out who ran a local shopping centre - they have far too little provision for parking bikes securely, and actually cut it down a few years back. Now I cannot go there of a weekend because I cannot lock my bike up anywhere. I have spent several months trying to find out who owns the centre with zero success, at least this way the paper should be able to get hold of them. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Well my parcel has arrived, but not without some effort.
At 15.58 precisely, I suddenly decided to check the online tracking, and found that A/zon had updated its status to delivered at 15.55. Looked outside my door - not there, not on the shared landing either. Rechecked status and it definitely said 15.55 and that it was handed to a resident named John Smith*. Well I'm J. Smith* and the parcel was addressed to J. Smith* but I am clearly not a John!
So off I went, first stop concierge, who'd seen delivery man come in with parcel but hadn't seen anything afterwards. So with me waiting outside his office he very kindly checked and discovered he had indeed been up to my floor. So I came back up, knocked on a neighbours door, she hadn't seen delivery man, she'd simply heard her door knocked and opened it to discover the parcel outside with no delivery person there. So she'd taken it in for safety.
Naughty delivery person. Fancy inventing a christian name...
*Not my real surname, obviously.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

I'll check their website“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Please can I ask a technical question please of the IT experts
I am working on the main computer on another MSE forum page. If I click on a MSE link it takes me to that page but then when I want to go back to the original post I have to do 2 back clicks
- I want the link to open in a new tab if that makes sense. It always used to open in a new tab but in the mists of time it stopped doing this ...
Is it me or is it an annoying MSE update ....“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Has anyone heard from Wendy?0
