Please can I ask do we still have an early morning list of daily prize draws?

If so I have found one - it would need a daily bump

    https://www.tescowinsoupmugs.co.uk/
    expires 04/03/2017
    no purchase, 5 entries daily
2500 microwavable mugs and cans of soup

Enter your details and then wait while it counts down and tells you have not won and then do it all again

This might be a good one for starting lists - of people who have won a lovely mug, people waiting for mugs which seem to be very slow in arriving and people who have never won despite entering every single day at 2 in the morning :rotfl:

  • I have arthritis in my knee because of my Hypermobility. I am a bit disappointed that you get diagnosed with these things and because I was only 35 its just sort of been left as I'm not bad enough yet.
Been doing my own reading up and simple things like not taking the combined pill or implants as they make hypermobility worse. I had been on BC for 20yrs. Never mentioned it. Estrogen only BC helps though
I have dyslexia, so get used to my spelling and grammar :)

I have heard of a few things people say Cider Vinegar can help. How much does she say you need to drink a day, or is it not that simple?

    Good morning Folks.
    Hi Dave,
I should be so lucky. No not that simple, your are right a little more to it.
In the book when she first started this was many years ago
    short version
    1. On arising, she dissolved one teaspoon of clear honey in a tumbler of hot water, and added to this one desert spoon of cider vinegar. Took this 3 times a day.
    2. Took one teaspoon of black molasses three times a day
    3. Epsom salts bath three times a week, Check with the doctor
    4. Took a range of best quality vitamins.minerals and proteins.
    5, Excercise the joints gently.
    6. Strict acid free diet. The book goes into the food you should cut out.
I know its not rocket science, a lot is common sense.
When you are pain 24/7 and movement hurts the old joints. I have not been as active as i should have been, so have put on extra weight, That don't help must get of my butt and lose that also.
Margaret Hills has a clinic in Coventry. If you have loads of money. for a one to one personal plan.
    Sorry waffling again.
    Take Care D
