I wish Shopmium would put on their header pages which items are free and which are discounted.

I've just found free Primal bars for free which expire in 4 hours :(
I love trying out different versions of muesli and energy bars

with being away and not quite caught up yet I am not sure how long Primal bars have been listed - I've also got the weird protein balls that look like birdseed balls expiring in a day
And needless to say I was at sainsbobs twice this weekend :(

and sadly Shopmium don't usually refresh offers like COS do sometimes if you miss an offer its gone forever :(

There are still the odd 4p clothing items around....but there is no rhyme or reason what is scanning cheap and what is still at a sale price...

I spent a lovely morning getting my milk and bread and also scanning the clothes....I had expected the long christmas slipper socks for ladies to be scanning at 4p in line with locarr's post and pics yesterday...but they are still £5

I did however find an assortment of different sizes christmas themed baby girls cardigans with a fleece lining that were originally £9 then £3.50 scanning at the magic figure....quite pretty...sort of oatmeal in colour with red robins and reindeer...knitted with hoods too.

Ladies sale knickers...non christmas packs of 4 seem to be scanning at £1.50 instead of £3...
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

Our Mr !!!!!! has an a carpark underneath it so you have to go upstairs to get to the store. When they have a clothing sale they bring the clothing racks downstairs and set up a sale area at the bottom of the escalator with a till and a till person - I am thinking that if you brought a self scanner downstairs it would not work - technically you are walking out of the store with it.

In theory I suppose if it was quiet - it never is - and you got a nice till person - unlikely - to check prices for you

But I am near a much bigger Mr !!!!!! on Friday so maybe there will be something left ...

I am still on the hunt for a lovely nightwear set - pjs and matching dressing gown in a silky material for eldest child for wedding morning attire.
I did a lot of research earlier in the month but everything is still so wyncette and fluffy and wintery
I was hoping spring things would be appearing by now.

this is the nearest I've seen but I think she wants something less obvious, more floral and long sleeved

everything that is pure silk is a gob smacking price.
