I'm mostly OK, just feeling a bit insecure as my hours have been reduced at work - which makes it no longer viable, so, like Pacifica, I have to start looking and at nearly 63 I just don't feel like job-hopping again but needs must.
On the bright side, today I'm grateful to live on this side of the pond, I definitely won't starve, and I'll soon have a new duvet to curl up in!

There's one at £45 plus £2.98 P&p
Surely it won't sell?
I ticked the sold listings box to see what they've been going for, max seems to be £30 so far.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

For a few years I bought the Soap and Glory Star buy before Xmas and sold a few on Ebay. But that only last a couple of years and then everyone cottoned on. There were obviously loads of the Ted Baker Chests for sale judging by the amount on E-Bay and £2.98 POSTAGE!!! You couldnt post a t-shirt for that. I used to charge £10.00 for the Soap and Glory boxes and thats what it cost me and that was circa 2010 ( I know cause it was the year it snowed and I had to walk to get them and fell and cracked my head on the frozen pavement on the way home)
So I think there will be a fair few of these appearing at car boots sales and you would be lucky to make £5.00 at car boot for them.
But best wishes to any elite who managed to get some for Xmas and bday pressies0 -

Ordered from the same company over 5 years ago and they were great little cosmetic purses then. Went for a larger size this time - use mine for the gym to pop little bits in. Recognises your IP address so can only use the code once (see first post in link). For my second order I had to place order on my phone and turn off the wifi. Thanks to hukd.

Yes, me. But my DS is in year 11 and needs to spend all his time between now and the exams revising, even during the school holidays. So I've booked us an all inclusive holiday for 2 weeks in Turkey for when the GCSEs end as we're both going to need it!! And I've also booked for a 5 night holiday in Lapland for December.
It is a bit of a while before either of them, but at least it is something to look forward to.
Where are you thinking would be good for you?Smiles are as perfect a gift as hugs...
