Hi cjj funnily enough I emailed them about that yesterday. My husband never had one on his birthday in November, well at least we never saw it or knew about it at the time. So I'm waiting to hear back.

I did , and she said very sorry etc and our dedicated team do this that and the other and I said well your dedicated team didn't send us one lol. Then she suggested I phone this certain number and I asked for an email address as I wasn t going to waste the £5 talking on the phone. So I've emailed them. Glad you got yours though. I ll give it a day or so and see how I get on.
