OH still has not had his new Marks Cc pin or card despite sending back his signature over 3 weeks ago - for the 2nd time as the first letter went missing so I made sure I handed it over the counter at the PO
We are on the phone now and the credit card number at the top of the letter is not recognised so after about 10 mins of being on hold we were eventually put through to HQ in Chester. They knew about the letter sent out at the end of November but it looks like the 2nd set of signatures have gone missing again Just waiting for a call back now.

I cant even remember now what the offer was - I think you had to make a purchase and then an e voucher appeared via email ...

Well it turns out that there are 4 green sheets with standard bumph amongst the various other yellow pages pages that should have all gone back but nowhere does it explicitly say this so just sending back the signed sheet they ask for is not enough :mad: - they actually want the signed sheet and 4 green sheets
So yet another letter is going out - not sure the returned envelope is big enough for 6 sheets ...

Thanks, I've applied for a Tesco current and was successful. Don't need two don't have that much money!

My TSB was feeding my FD reg saver so will transfer funds to new T one and save TSB for any future switching.
