HZA...ooo I wonder if you are near to me...as Kent is quite a big county. My nearest JL would be Bluewater, and that is a 20 minute drive away.
I was hoping that someone was going to reply about the babybels, as I was intending to buy them today as well.....if I get to A I might just buy them anyway, and pay with APG's....they are £1.38 in W according to msm

Rose, I would say let it go - if you don't want to raise your profile, however as your profile is already raised COMPLAIN to head office. Phone them and explain how upsetting it was for you to hear them talking about you as "that lady" making it obvious they had been discussing you and how they made you feel like a criminal when your only crime was to forget your receipt, lay it on thick and tell the head office person that you want the people in question spoken to. You should also mention that you have been made to feel awkward by the same person before and you usually go to a store that is further away to avoid that person but this has made you feel like avoiding shopping in toscos ever again. How dare they.

Maybe you are right. I was going to go back in yesterday but didn't. What happened when she was horrible to my disables friend was it was a Sunday afternoon and this lady ( who has cerebral palsy and walks with a frame) had picked up 3 packs of reduced grapes ) and this supervisor walked up to her and removed 2 of the packs and told her she could only have 1! My friend was very upset so I walked around the store and told her that was an unacceptable way to behave and she should apologise. She said it was a misunderstanding but never apologised. My friend is in her 60's, on her own and a really sweet person. Her and a few others have been driven away from this store by the attitude of the staff. Lots of people locally go the 5 miles to the other T rather than shop in there.
My friend now shops at W, she catches the bus in every day and has a coffee with other people she has befriended whilst waiting for her bus home. Last year the Staff in W gave her a small bottle prosecco and some chocolates for being their favourite customer. She is lonely and her trips are the highlight of her day.
So that is the sort of people she picks on.
I think you are right my profile is high anyway so have nothing to lose. Will report back

    Good morning!

Regarding babybel shop using T's BG/ A's APG - I see Morrison's £1 offer ended yesterday. Does anybody know when BG/APG start to see Morrison's new prices? I meant to do it yesterday but was unwell and couldn't do it. Any chance the expired offers still show on their systems?
    TIA.

Good attention.AvM prices normally update sometime on Tuesday morning so should be okay for today.

Out of the blue this morning I had a telephone call from Watchdog....It was a return call about my expired HoF gift card I emailed them about.....It would appear that they are going to run a story about it on their programme...The very nice lady I spoke to said they were going to run a story about it and may quote me...

I may have lost my £20 gift card but I may get my £20 pounds worth out of HoF yet....It would be worth them getting a bit of negative publicity and loss of gift card sales just for their bad customer service.....:rotfl::rotfl:

This was in the paper a few days ago...Interesting read

Was she a very very nice lady marmie :)

    Good Afternoon all :)
