I got all excited when our 2 JL mailings arrived today....3 vouchers for free drink and cake in each mailing.....then I noticed two of them are for specific stores..1 to use in Chelmsford...oh yes thats useful (not) I live in Kent not Essex lol... and 1 to use in Oxford Street...erm...not planning to go to London anytime soon. Never mind, I will put them in the paper recycling bin...such a waste.
Hi I got the same but am able to recycle any vouchers for Chelmsford/oxford street that anyone doesn't want :D

Out of the blue this morning I had a telephone call from Watchdog....It was a return call about my expired HoF gift card I emailed them about.....It would appear that they are going to run a story about it on their programme...The very nice lady I spoke to said they were going to run a story about it and may quote me...

I may have lost my £20 gift card but I may get my £20 pounds worth out of HoF yet....It would be worth them getting a bit of negative publicity and loss of gift card sales just for their bad customer service.....:rotfl::rotfl:

Told me to wear trainers at all times, and especially no dancing over the christmas period because if I fall, my ankle will snap. Well my dress is going to look lovely with my trainers on new years eve :rotfl::rotfl: might start a new trend off:rotfl::rotfl:

Maybe you are right. I was going to go back in yesterday but didn't. What happened when she was horrible to my disables friend was it was a Sunday afternoon and this lady ( who has cerebral palsy and walks with a frame) had picked up 3 packs of reduced grapes ) and this supervisor walked up to her and removed 2 of the packs and told her she could only have 1! My friend was very upset so I walked around the store and told her that was an unacceptable way to behave and she should apologise. She said it was a misunderstanding but never apologised. My friend is in her 60's, on her own and a really sweet person. Her and a few others have been driven away from this store by the attitude of the staff. Lots of people locally go the 5 miles to the other T rather than shop in there.
My friend now shops at W, she catches the bus in every day and has a coffee with other people she has befriended whilst waiting for her bus home. Last year the Staff in W gave her a small bottle prosecco and some chocolates for being their favourite customer. She is lonely and her trips are the highlight of her day.
So that is the sort of people she picks on.
I think you are right my profile is high anyway so have nothing to lose. Will report back

Rose, I think you should tell that tale too. It's totally out of order and T has lost a customer because of that SA.

I passed Peacock's this morning and a notice says that if you buy a £25 gift card, you get a £5 one free. It's online too -- I've just checked.

I remember what I came on here for! I've just had an email from M&S:

[FONT=&quot]Thank you for shopping with us at Trafford Centre this year. You're an incredibly valued Sparks member and it's been great seeing you in store.

Might be worth getting then using to buy things and use the code on the VoucherCodes app - 20% off full priced items.
