    Thanks for the vest talk
Managed to order 1. Gone a size up this time as my black one is tight!!
Much prefer the T ones I had for £1 each a couple of years back.

Have read in the news about "key jammers" in car parks.

Seems these devices can cover a large are for thieves to target. The recommendation is you check your car has actually locked ok before leaving it unattended and the signal was not stopped from locking it when you pressed your key fob.

This happened to a friends brother in Romford a couple of months ago. The police showed my friend how they did it. He makes sure that he checks his car every time he locks it. My mirrors retract when I lock my car, so it is easy to check.

    Good Morning all...

I seem to have woken up this morning to lots of PM's...all of which I am very grateful for...I'm hoping to get round to replying to them but my inbox is practically full so if I dont get round to a reply...please be sure that your words of encouragement have all been read and are very appreciated x

Lovely to see ILGD's back in the fold....

my Heston bacon and banana trifle last night...umm the bacon bits were sprinkled on top of the cream an in themselves were more more salty tasting than bacon flavour...and the banana was towards the bottom of the trifle so the two were well separated
I guess a one line review would be not flavoured enough to say it was yuck but also lacked the depth of flavour to say I really liked it.
Like most of heston's creations more shock factor rather than something worth buying again.

I have a pile of stocking presents that need wrapping today...if I supply the coffee/tea and cake and some meaningless chat/endless reminiscing and no doubt countless tears ....does anyone fancy wrapping them for me?

Me LEJC, would love to. Lovely to see you posting xxx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

If anyone is thinking of running away next Christmas - have a look at this - and at the mo Christmas week is available :j

    http://www.choice-cottages.co.uk/woolacombe-high-view-farmhouse-%7C-6-bedrooms-woolacombe-40411.htm

It has an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, cinema room, huge corridor wall of books and a snooker table - the kids would never get bored :D

It has 6 bedrooms and sleeps 14 (plus cots) so split between 3 or 4 families it is not that horrendous (If you looked at a 4 or 5 star hotel over Christmas week its very doubtful if you could get rooms for under £100 a night)

    - just under £5 thousand (plus another £100 for hot tub usage)

    :D

I am wrapping as well this morning so we can all do it together, I will join you in the endless reminiscing and the tears but we have to be careful not to make the wrapping paper soggy and wrinkled.

(Yes I am supposed to have started already but the postman and the van man distracted me and then I went to feed the birds, then I made a brew and muesli as I was def about to start. Then I realised I wanted dried cranberries on my muesli so I emptied a cupboard looking for them, ended up putting some tins in the food bank bag, cleaning the cupboard and rearranging things so that's another cupboard decluttered - Ocean spray dried cranberries on the list as mysupermarket says they make a good comparison) ...Its no wonder entire days vanish without trace around here ...)
