I came across mulled spice bleach in T the other day...I've clearly been missing out ....when did bleach become subjected to the christmas makeover...
They had this in Sainsbobs last year, very pretty label but it smelt nothing like Christmas
So jokingly I put a picture of the bottle on twitter and I said it had not given me the festive fragrance I expected :rotfl:
But bizarrely Sainsbobs thought I was serious, I got a private message and they awarded me some nectar points as repayment for my bottle :rotfl:
(Needless to say there have been numerous occasions when I have put a genuine complaint about staff service, stock levels, MOCs etc in via the official channels and been totally ignored)“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. I need to be thinking about christmas presents too...I've only actually got a few to buy but as always my sister and BIL are the stumbling block...I just never know what to get them...they have everything and over the years we have probably exhausted every voucher experience or gift that might be suitable....hey ho !!!
Have a lovely day all x
I remember from last year the dilemma you had with these 2 - list the criteria again and maybe between us on the Elite we might be able to come up with something - also what is the maximum budget?“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. last year I opted for a rather expensive but very pretty vase and a candle from a rather nice labelled shop....so I guess both those options are out this year.
they want for nothing so present wise it probably is frivolous or or quirky I need.
I did the picture and alcohol presents for their birthdays this year and have also recently done the expensive bath type products from molton
A few years back I went through the eating type presents and have done things like afternoon teas and meals out till I feel they can eat no more!
they split the time between 2 properties both of which have lovely manicured gardens...down to the gardener so even something like a sundial or plant have all been accommodated in the past...

They've had this sort of thing in S for years, it only gets interesting when they reduce it to 20p after Xmas though...:rotfl:
MS doing Xmas bathmats I think, and somebody did Xmas shower curtains last year, can't remember who.
I used to like the Avon Xmas soaps in the 80s, they always looked nice on the basin for the 12 days.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

why don't you suggest not buying gifts anymore if it causes a problem.
We no longer buy siblings etc only buy for children but there are not many of them now.
To be honest it's a relief.
Suggest going out together for a meal instead?
Afternoon Peeps.curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Sorry curl girl.....I should have added in my original post that I have for many years been muting the no present idea but my sister refuses to entertain the idea.
they have grown up children and I no longer buy gifts for them ...but I can get away with a voucher or money for my great nieces and nephews....however my sister remains adamant that we exchange gifts ...hence my dispair on an annual basis.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Have you looked at The White Company?
Nice robes.
I had a full length one last year (but from Selfridges) and still looks as good today as it did on arrival, washes beautifully.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -
