Add that in your leter as well.

Google the coffee shop/train station/google maps and then write to them. I am sure if you say time/description of girl etc. they would be well chuffed, as would the lady herself.

I had a similar thing yesterday. I was doing a mystery shop, as you do :rotfl::rotfl:, and the team member who helped me was fantastic, friendly but not over familiar, helpful with her suggestions without being pushy, enthusiastic and wore such a lovely smile, it really brightened my day. The questionnaire that I had to fill in afterwards, didn't do her justice. So on the 'space' for additional comments, I wrote an essay.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Seriously, she is such an asset to that company. I had never shopped there before but will cetainly return. Reports are supposed to be used for staff training and are supposed to be read out to the team member(s) involved. I truly hope mine is read to her and she will know that someone appreciated her efforts.

sadly i have never seen a mystery shopper report used for staff training only for having a moan at the staff members if they didnt get 100%,although if you did acheive that mark you got a £5 gift voucher but thats probably been stopped now.we did get some funny reports for example high maks for point of sale we didnt even have in store or a name of staff member that no one of that name worked there.:rotfl:i was given full marks one time but i`m sure it wasnt me but accepted gratefully.:D:rotfl:

BoS - opened Sunday, appeared online instantly (on Hali account area) cards arrived Wednesday.

T opened Sunday, letter arrived Wednesday, signed and returned, account appeared online Driday, card arrived a few days later.

HSBC applied 30th October, application stalled on stage 5 of 8 as they may need more information ... two weeks later nothing since, not even an acknowledgement.

M&S, info pack arrived two days later - supposedly run by GSBC but clearly have creamed off the competent staff and installed a better system.

Why do I still keep getting C4rling ...? I have plenty but free is free and devices had the free 4 packs lined up :D.

I just need to work out how to get through th m without turning into an alcoholic - there is only so much family will accept, Christmas fairs are an option for tombola - any other ideas?

How long after BBE would they be okay to dribk?

After the free 4 packs they now have £1 off - when kogged out it is £5 9(( 12/15 packs then free 4 pack again, assuming that then came up after claiming the £5 voucher. I wonder if the reason why some of us got )1 instead of the full free pack claim is due to the front and back end showing different offers (so we see and claim free 4 pack, system is seeing )1 as that was the next voucher lined up before we logged out to claim)?

    Thanks

You can definitely use nectar points for petrol, last Friday I filled my car £33 diesel asked if I could pay with points, I had to 50p
But we traveled from the Midlands to Gretna and back and still had enough left for the week to get to and from work :)

But, I think you can only use it at the store you registered the card at.

It has to be a store you've swiped your card at within the last 12 months

Their systems update overnight so you can't just swipe your card and then immediately pay with points, you have to give it a day

Alternatively, customer services can contact nectar who will do a workaround for you to use immediately. It just requires you answer some security questions

Please can I ask did everyone who got blocked and banned by shopotize get themselves reinstated?

I think FB had a day of it as well, blocking people.

Also what happened with the Nectar extra points thing? Did everyone get their promised bonus points for buying Lakeland items? If so how much your bonus points? Did they award for under £1 purchases?
Also I think some people did Currys, Dunlemn mill and other orders - did you get your bonuses?

Ive had so many nectar problems with bonus offers in the past and as it was so close to holiday time I didn't take part

The points are due by 24/11.
