    Had an email about 7-10 days ago saying they could find no evidence of fraud on any of the accounts used by me/others.
    They unlocked one account, but still haven't unlocked others so am waiting a response to my e-mail asking why ?

    I thought all was well based on the email but later found out i couldn't log in to family accounts on alternate devices and they've ignored follow up requests

    At least the account i logged into had £4.10 cb which is now in my bank account. I wasn't sure if they would actually pay out or not but they did

    Not really - the only thing that came from series one into series two is the detective but his story doesn't really carry across

    I had the accusatory email when I enquired why our accounts were not working but nothing since (I didn't reply though - should I have?).

    They replied to me saying that each account needed to ask to be unlocked and presumably to come from different devices.

    I immediately replied, due to being rather incensed at their wild accusation.
    However, there has been no reply to my second mail....yet.

    I notice from other threads that accounts are still being unlocked day by day so it may just be a case of not getting round to everyone yet.

    Assume they are looking closely at all accounts?

    When I sent my second mail asking about the other accounts I stated that these would only be used with unique devices as per their new T&Cs.
    I'm going to give them to the end of the month, then give them a further 14 days to unlock after notifying my intentions before going to small claims.
