It probably is a scam.

And if you are worried, just go and log in to your PP account as normal, that will reassure you.

I automatically forward any paypal emails to

spoof@paypal.co.uk

and then delete them and also delete from my deleted box.

I know that they cant all be spam emails but unless I've just made a payment via paypal and I am expecting a confirmation email then I assume they are.

cjj its probably spam .

Sign into your PayPal but not by link in email and see if anything untoward.

I would delete email.

I just let the cursor hover over the sender ID of anything suspicious, then it shows up their full email address, easy to tell then what is spam/phishing.
