Just the lady () I wanted to see.
Any idea which is easier, getting from Kings Cross to Borough Market, or from Waterloo to the market? TIA

Waterloo - 20 minute walk or hop it to London Bridge - 10 minute walk :) Kings Cross is miles away!

    Lady indeed :rotfl:

    When are you going? :)

Or if you arrive at King's Cross, get the northern line straight to Borough, just check if it's working on the weekend :)

Might be some ground coffee bargains to be had at Sainsbobs, thanks to OP on HUKD.

    Cheers me dears.
    Going down Friday 15th.
I will have a HUGE case, so I can either leave my case in storage at Kings Cross, get a tube to the Market, then back to KC to collect case and taxi over to Waterloo, or I can get a taxi to Waterloo, store cases there, and go to market, then come back to Waterloo and get onward train from there.

Phew kept trying to get up the energy to get to T to get the danepak when the COS/CS offer was on. But such a palaver to get to my T compared to A or M that I never bothered. :o
What is the cooking bacon please. Is that from T too?
    tia :)

Yes that's from T too. We often used to buy it but they stopped selling it for ages. I don't know when it re-appeared but my dh saw it in T on our way to the tunnel in May. Needless to say he insisted on taking 4 packs to France with us. We had bacon & eggs, bacon & pasta etc. Brilliant cheap meals.
As for the Danepak someone else mentioned on here they weren't keen.

Anyone found any bargains in the fridges at As today? I dare not go both fridge in doors and out are jam packed and seems moving the door to opposite side has not cured the over condensing problem. Puddle underneath forming again. :(

I wonder if it's because it's overloaded, we would never have noticed in the old kitchen as it was kitchen carpet which would probably just have soaked up any leaks. :o

And I am embarrassed to say I am having to throw away a ready meal I bought RTC didn't realise that particular one was not long dated (27th june) must have bought it on it's sell by date and it's now like a balloon. Not going to chance eating it as it was thai chicken curry and rice. :( Mad with myself for going overboard.

I only ever travel with a tiny case.

I guess I ought to go to Mothercare to look for bargains for Teeny and pop in Sainsbobs to get my best wife badge for keeping Mr TS stocked up on decent coffee. ;)
