Anyone found any bargains in the fridges at As today? I dare not go both fridge in doors and out are jam packed and seems moving the door to opposite side has not cured the over condensing problem. Puddle underneath forming again.
I wonder if it's because it's overloaded, we would never have noticed in the old kitchen as it was kitchen carpet which would probably just have soaked up any leaks.
And I am embarrassed to say I am having to throw away a ready meal I bought RTC didn't realise that particular one was not long dated (27th june) must have bought it on it's sell by date and it's now like a balloon. Not going to chance eating it as it was thai chicken curry and rice.Mad with myself for going overboard.

Yes and it keeps overflowing.
Tray doesn't fit that well it sort of bows downwards so doesn't allow it to fill but it must have always been like it (3 yrs old now), it is meant to condense from the tray with the heat of the motor I think or that's what Mr TS told me but at this rate it needs emptying every couple of days surely that can't be right?
If you are getting that much water, sounds like your door isnt sealing properly. Is the compressor working all the time? (does it make a noise all the time?)“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

It's not on all the time, was working harder before we changed the side of the door hinge which you could see had obviously dropped. It has taken longer to leak this time we did the door quite a few days ago now and it does look like it is sealing ok now, there was an obvious tiny gap before. Wonder if it has distorted the seal with the door have previously dropped.
It has been absolutely full all week though, as soon as we have used anything I have been refilling with the As bargains.Maybe I need to let it have bit of air space inside and see if that helps before we condemn it.

Going down Friday 15th.
I will have a HUGE case, so I can either leave my case in storage at Kings Cross, get a tube to the Market, then back to KC to collect case and taxi over to Waterloo, or I can get a taxi to Waterloo, store cases there, and go to market, then come back to Waterloo and get onward train from there.
Are you exaggerating again?Personally I would tube it Waterloo first as traffic is sh!te on Fridays, particularly from King's Cross. Take the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus, walk across to the Bakerloo Line, which takes you to Waterloo (no stairs until you get to Waterloo and only one set). You can leave your luggage with: https://www.left-baggage.co.uk/
Have fun whatever you decide and don't do anything I wouldn't do'I solemnly swear that I am up to no good'0 -
Ones where I take 26kg of luggage, certainly not a tiny case. But I do see that you are not denying that you go to those type of resorts.:p
I travel light.
Good job I haven't gone out yet, Mr TS has just returned he has had a bit of an accident.
Fell in a hole face first, he was meant to be helping mate fill footings has ended up with a bloodied nose, swollen knee and he passed out. Still best place to have an accident around a doctors house.
Catch you all later. x0 -
