    Are you exaggerating again? ;) Personally I would tube it Waterloo first as traffic is sh!te on Fridays, particularly from King's Cross. Take the Victoria Line to Oxford Circus, walk across to the Bakerloo Line, which takes you to Waterloo (no stairs until you get to Waterloo and only one set).
