    Morning All,

    Thank you for the beautiful photo Seren...... I hope to see lots of pretty autumnal scenery on our way to the quilt show at Malvern today. Not very money saving, as my family and friends pointed out last night. :o My cupboards are already full of unfinished projects and craft kits. However, they are missing the point, that I will be spending the day with my lovely friend and admiring beautifully crafted works of art. :)

    Popped into NEC Resorts World yesterday, while DH visited his DM. Very busy with visitors to Grand Designs show......Anyone would think the tickets were free!.... Got 3 tops from the Next outlet for £4 each. :j

    Thanks to SSM for sending me a pdf :A

    Have a lovely day.

    HE x

    Uhoh, I didn't realise the quilt show was on today! I'm in precisely the same boat in terms of unfinished projects, which Is why I'm only going to the Christmas craft show in 2 weeks time in order to accompany my mother in law (honest!! :D) Oh the temptation! :o:D:j:o

    DH is already cross with me because I haven't used my new sewing machine properly yet, but it's really fancy and nice and does so much more than my basic one that I don't know which options to pick and I don't want to break it or ruin my projects. Might see if there's a YouTube video to help.

    In theory today is an 'up and at 'em' kind of day, got up earlier than expected and need to make a start on my very long to do list. I honestly don't know how anyone is supposed to work full-time, run a house and have free time for fun things! Hope the Elite have a fun and successful Sunday, I'll be popping back in later to see how you all got on :D

    I've just been messaged by a total stranger on FB who wants to "Stand by me forever and lay with me by the sea"

    :rotfl::rotfl:

    Honestly. I tell you what:rotfl::rotfl:

    My mullers failed spectacularly:rotfl:

    Glad I am not alone. That's two I have failed. One because I can't count and one I have no idea. Can't post from iPad.

    I will try again but with a list from other posters

    Well our dinner party numbers dropped again but it ended up ideal. Everyone sat round the table till after midnight. Not too bad as a lot of them are normally in bed for nine.

    I have enough leftover food to tide us over for a while just not what want so will share with the old folks next door The cake from my sticky toffee dessert was FAB

    Really strange we used very little spirits but lots of wine. Some from the sainbury's offer last week. I was well pleased

    I am itching to get stuff done and the place back to normal but DH is sleeping.

    Catch you laters Enjoy the day

    U.K. Love these colours. I bought a canvas from wilco which is very similar. It really brightens up that corner of the room

    Paid more money for another picture recently. Quality was dire I quoted breach of distance selling regs as I had heard of it on here. I do so love this thread so diverse :T:A:A
