Well what to do today.....the field is too wet.....it rained heavily through the night, so I think I'll be cake making this morning interspersed with ironing with a dash of hoovering. Mr TM is back soon

Some menu planning too for the week ahead. I got some whoopsied salmon last week which is sitting in the freezer. Might google some recipes to try.

I've decided to go and get more Cathedral cheese from Iceland. I think I will invest £9 in 6 packs in the hope it will last until Christmas:D at which point I will get all the whoopsied Christmas cheese boards:rotfl:

Mine is end of December but it freezes well Di. Before I freeze it, I open the pack and cut it into quarters and take a piece out as I need it. It does tend to crumble rather than cut nicely but as with a lot of stuff freezing will alter the texture.To do is to be. Rousseau
