Has anyone else been watching The Fall this series? I am finally ready to watch the most recent episode after falling asleep many evenings watching the last episode that I taped :o.

It is slower than a geriatric snail with a Zimmer frame that has not taken its meds ... :D. *

Hopefully it picks up a bit as the previous two series have been brilliant.

    Thanks Savvy..I think I lost 6p...on the 12...

11p compared to 12 appearing and all comparing including TD of yesterday/the day before. But, 6p, probably, compared to invisible triggers of before (where people only bought a total of one on a shop). However, if you had bought TD today, and no invisible trigger(s), that would have lost a lot more...:rotfl::(:(

No I cannot bear Gillian Anderson's pained expression one minute longer. I want to give her a shake. Slow beyond belief.

Depends on what it is. For caster sugar it's around 4oz, for flour it's 2oz or 2.5oz if packed down...

Baking with Americans is fun, when they don't own weighing scales :rotfl:

You mean like kinder eggs and playing cards? Hardly a new tactic

No, not new at all - we had Lucky Bags as kids, only costing a few pennies. Kinder eggs and card/sticker packs are also reasonable.

But these toy blind bags are £5-ish a go, seems an awful lot for a child to pay out if they can't see what they're buying, that's all.

When you say, 'can't see what they're buying' do you mean the bags are empty? or full of some invisible magic things!
