Evening all hope everyone is well.

Was feeling well chuffed today as made my first ever lentil shepherds pie at work with sweet potatoes mash. Vegan and gluten free and it sold well and we had really nice comments, also was asked to do the catering for a tv company that are doing a kids program fir s4c.
Got the cake mixes and lots of vouchers for the new insider trial

I did thanks. Most of the time I love the job, its just my bosses attitude, but I have a long term plan, that involves, sitting back for a while and waiting to see what happens with her other buisness rumour is she may be in problems . and i am making myself very popular with everyone else involved with the site just in case.

I've decided not to do Christmas puddings this year as no one to share it with and I will just end up eating the lot
