Oh, "Blue Dragon Dark or Light Soy Sauce 375ml £1" - the next item on my sheet! Right in front of me... spooky:rotfl:.

I don't know why I took these small (low volume) sauces this time:rotfl:. Probably because there are some even lower - Encona 210ml? - but that's from memory so it will be dodgy - so I've decided that 375ml is quite good after all:cool:. They actually doesn't weigh much but that doesn't mean there isn't quite a lot in the bottles - so you do get more than other soy sauces - as the price per unit discriminates against products that are simply light in weight.

As for Heinz Classic Burger Sauce (875ml) at £1 or M Burger Sauce (285g) at 50p, I've no idea which one is better as I don't know how to translate between mls and gs. It must vary depending on how much a particular type of item weighs? So I don't know which of these should come first on the list. I'd guess it would be Heinz 875ml as that looks quite a lot more than (a bit more than twice) the smaller M bottles - however I would not know as it could be deceptive if they are more dense - however I suspect Heinz 875ml will clearly be available to far fewer people. It's a markdown further on an RTC that was running before - at £2:eek: - now gone to £1 in the fewer stores that didn't sell the product out at the higher RTC price I suspect.

How much is 1/2 cup in weight? 4 oz?

Depends on what you are measuring out a 1/2 cup of :p

We have measuring cups to use when a recipe calls for volume rather than weight

Eta: it says on them that 1/2 a cup is 125ml

I've decided the Soy Sauces are good items. I was already going to put them onto the list, after getting their price from M this time and having it in front of me now (not as a result of that womble unfortunately:rotfl:). I see that they are "savvy buys", of 40% lower (the light version of 43%), are better price per unit than A's own label and the M price better price per unit than the cheapest versions of Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce at T - although this may still be making a decision from incomplete information as it's going only from online and there may be cheaper soy sauce only instore at cheaper RTC price somewhere - and the price graphs, not that I trust those, for the Blue Dragon soy sauce, are showing it rarely going down to £1 in M and the Light version as not having done so before (I don't know if that's true). So, they get onto the list!
