Best thing about Frocking for me has been the using up of odds and ends out of the freezer - nice to clear it a bit before Xmas, I'd have to do that anyway and it's better than binning it.

Also realised I rarely, if ever, do a 'freezer shop' - when you live alone it automatically fills by buying normal sized items just to eat one portion, and freezing the remainder.

Have also discovered several things I shan't buy again - Homestyle Wedges, for one, and Young's breaded fish (pollock) for another. No wonder they have lurked in there for so long...:eek:

I'm not keen on pollock_pale__pale_ but intend to get more of the Birds eye inspirations with the £1 off on COS. I'm happy to pay £1 for 2 fish fillets:)

I do, didn't scan it though as was in a rush. Also found the digestive toffee nuggets (the one you posted earlier) which I did scan and it did'n't appear so looks like another likely trigger.

I was referring to my second shop where I got different types of Mullers including the Spiced Pumpkin which acted as the trigger cos it didn't appear on the APG.

Just wanted to let Elite know both methods worked in case anyone wanted to do a muller run.
