OMG - am I really that gobby - that is shaming - I have not even really got that much to say and I disappear off for days or weeks on end when RL gets in the way which is has done this year ...
Wondering how many post I've made Zippy. Do you know. I seem to be on here all the time, but spend all my time reading. No time to butt in haha. I don't work, but spend time caring for my mum and OH but a lot of that is just sitting with them, talking to them, being there for them, and looking on here inbetween that. Don't know how the workers manage to make so many posts

or this for the Day Ranger

think you'll have to take it to the participating station though.

I haven't been reading the thread very much lately so apologies if this is a repeat.
Boots have a men's flash sale today. I think some of the stuff is a good deal.
Just bought 12 of the Boots men's antiperspirant at 40p each. My men's toiletries stocks are very low.

Cheers, just ordered a few compressed cans.

    A theoretical question

Has anyone reverted back to fibre broadband back to just normal broadband (not by moving house or doing anything as drastic)

we are supposed to be having a call back from Sky later today - they have already rung twice this week and seem to be more interested in closing cases than actually dealing with problems.

The chaps came and fixed the crackly line this week (or at least I am assuming they did but as no one has left a message or anything who can tell)

in spite of this and having a shiny new grey cable outside and having everything checked our fibre is still slow - at the very most 7.5 mb but often no more than 6.5 mb
Well we knew it would never be fabulous but we were promised up to 12mb and that's where we were in June.

we are paying half price this year of £10 - at least this is something ...

Next year though - well plusnet is £14.99 a month and we could pay the line rental upfront

Aunt Bessies ice cream has gone from the front page of COS but it's still there if you go to claim.
