I got an email from PayPal offering £5 off next time I use them, mainly because I haven't used them for over year. Well there is a very good reason why I haven't used the them and never will. I had a refund for an item I purchased through PayPal. This refund was 8 months later, the card used had been removed from PayPal and the card itself cancelled 3 months prior, yet somehow PayPal managed to put the refund to that card when it should have bounced back. What a carry on that was!Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
