I'm usually a very strong person , I've always had to be but I'm not feeling very strong at the moment and I am finding each day a struggle to get through . I know I am lucky I have a family but losing my nan has made a massive hole in my life, my days revolved around being with nan and now my days are empty, nan was my nan my mum and my friend and I miss her so much it hurts
Special hugs. I always think that to have someone so wonderful in your life makes you very lucky but it makes it so hard when you loose them.
Time does help, but bereavement support is very helpful. In the meantime, you we are all here for you xOH has been up on the flat roof again today - yes it us becoming an obsession - if its been dry for several days he is mowing lawns, if its been raining he is on the roof
there is an electric connector which works the outside lights and he suspected this was an issue so when he seperated things it was well and truly corroded so he replaced it and tidied everything up again - so that combined with the down pipe blocked by next doors builder, water cascading off the main roof directly onto it etc caused our electric to short out while we were away
so at least that's one job sorted out
The other day I was wondering about your flat roof....:o100 -
