What about a car boot sale. DS1 did some when he was home, in the main he was selling stuff that DS3 would not e-bay as not cost effective, but always managed to steal a fair bit of my toiletries... he made well over a grand.

Keep up SSM, that was what I was asking advice on how much I should sell things at a booty for as have no idea. ;)

I am probably keeping the best of my stuff though as it will get used with having 3 daughters. I dare not sell shower gel or shampoo etc. or hairspray. I have put some dry shampoos in that DD3 does not like course I didn't only buy one when they were RTC for her to try. :o

The 6 bottle multipack Supermalt Original has gone up in price in M so I have taken that off. The individual bottles (90p each in A) should compare 2 against 2 for £1.50 for M, but that's hardly any good. M's price for 6 of those is £4.50! As opposed to the multipack in A at £2.50 (and of course M were the same price). With inflation being relatively low, the Jacobs Biscuits for Cheese 250g have more than doubled in price in M. The Carr's Selection should still be on though. I've removed the Osem products from the list as it seems they've gone unavailable on a.com for over a week, so I doubt they will even appear on the APG. Really it's not worth buying them in M, so they are gone!

Yesterday I used COS for the first time - 3 jars of pickled onions (same variety ) on the same receipt as I thought I was allowed to make 3 claims per group. They have only paid me for 1 jar - any advice on what I did wrong please ?

Did you click that you bought 3 when inputting your receipt? I've made that mistake before, but if you email them they should be able to fix it for you :)

Now is the time that the Dr Oetker Ocean Pearls, the Easy Swirl Cupcake products and the various RTC baking products at 97p and £1.24 in M may start to drop off the APG. I've suspected that it's only my stores that still have them - they are all still around in M elsewhere but the ones in each store (including my nearby ones) are already now starting to become haphazard as random ones are bought completely out of different stores. I'm still finding the products but it's becoming more difficult and I've having to use more stores in order to get all of them now. Some of them have been OOS in my stores last time or this time and, after a short time (about a week), it will take another store, with stock, in order for the APG to pick them up. The stores are slowly going OOS, although I know - from actually seeing them - that all the products are still in stock somewhere.

They might now miss one or two, as they may have them nowhere (even though they are in other Ms that they aren't checking). Next week or the week after, they may not have two, three or four and then later they may start losing other ones until all are eventually lost as not in the collection stores if the trend of them slowly being bought continues at the same pace as now.

no I missed it yet again and I've been checking emails all morning :( I tried another Superdrug but they didn't stock it but I was going to have another look at our little one today but the town was sweltering.

No Oppo in Holland and Barret either :(

On the plus side though I took a bag of things into another charity shop and while OH was filling in the gift aid form I had a browse at the rails.
This is a Scope shop and they sell their dresses at £3 and blouses at £1 :j So its a good one to keep an eye on especially as its free parking on Morrisons so if you park at the bottom end its easy to just run across. Most of our charity shops are v expensive and there is never anything with a good enough label
They had phase eight dress, not in my size but also a size 14 Boden dress but it was one of those with the cross over fronts, my cleavage is always trying to do an escape bid so sadly I have to avoid these. Even a safety pin or some stitching is not guarantee.

but a charity shop to keep an eye on all the same

Crikey thats a lot of money....I have to confess I've only ever been to 2 CBsales in my life.....and both times I thought it was more like an open air jumble sale rather than selling anything I wanted.

I know Nanny likes a bit of booty and TBH,I'd love to find a good one that really caught my imagination rather than the piles of kids toys and toddler clothes that look like they have seen better days

The last time I went to one must have been 5 years ago....have they really changed that much ....or will I just be able to spot the elite selling toiletries?
