As DM says we have a shower before we get in just to get rid of perfume, body lotion etc.

    Just as well:o

Can someone please tell me how I do a screen shot and explain how I send it to Holiday Extras ? Or is it easier if I just phone them ?

I think I've found the same hotel/parking deal a few £'s cheaper elsewhere so, provided the prices don't change overnight, I'm hoping to book tomorrow.

I would appreciate any advice please.

Not intimidated as such. Told today that it was offensive and disrespectful that I have complained, apparently no-one have ever complained about their work before, and that I have brought on her depression and anxiety. :o

I have held back 20%. I think the problem is that they cocked up their figures up and are now panicking because I've held £700 back. There was also an issue in that something that was quoted for didn't get done because they'd underestimated how much hardcore they needed, and were running at a loss, so just didn't do it.

Very difficult situation, know the ladies who own the business, one is in the same line of business as me if you catch my drift, its her wifes company. They've done work for me before but very very minor. They didn't actually do this, sub contracted it out, but honestly, it is shocking.

    I agree. :(

    oh Ladyshopper :o

not an easy situation. On a practical level your contract is with the service providers and they are responsible for carrying out the work to the agreed standard. If they have then sub-contracted the work out, their contract is with the sub-contractor and any problems arising from that work are between those two. They still have a duty to provide you with what was agreed, be it by themselves or by means of a sub-contractor they have chosen. Further on from that there are choices with redress on whether you can have the work amended/re-done or a refund/reduction in price.

I'd personally close them down from contacting you on FB if things are
getting lairy. Do keep a means of contact open but make it a bit more formal. I've had some very good advice from the police myself recently about responding to certain types of online contact :o

I'm about to collapse shortly :o:rotfl: but if you need some help with letters, points of law etc. then please get in touch. I'll help if I can. You've been very kind to me lately and I'd like to help

I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

    Cow & Gate Friends Forever Broccoli, Cheese & Pasta 10mth+ (190g)£1.50/Any 3 for £4.00:eek: £1.00

These seem a bit dodgy don't you think? I managed to get a single one last Monday, from using six stores and found it in just one store - £1 offer on until 17th July. I found none of them on Wednesday (but then my nearest stores are useless:rotfl:) and none of them in two further stores on Thursday (but then I didn't look absolutely everywhere in those stores). I've now (this catching up with Saturday) managed to get all four 190g Cow & Gates showing on msm for A. Yayy, a complete set:D:D:j. Each one of them from a single different M each. (And how many showing for M online?:rotfl:) Two of them might be against S at £1.25 (not that anyone would want that:(). The mbuy offer in A might mitigate any loss, if there is one. But - M does have them all at £1 each. They might not have any of them at all on the APG:rotfl: - or maybe they will surprise me (as they usually do).

(To be fair, I think this is the most bitty I have ever had. Picking up ranges is not usually like this and it is an extreme case, which is why it is it is "news" and why I am therefore mentioning it. Savvy news at ten.)

EDIT: Actually, it's not "bitty" at all:
    http://www.thefreedictionary.com/bitty
"Composed of small pieces that lack cohesion..."

However, I have the complete and full lot that are stocked by A, so it is a full whole and does not lack cohesion. But I suppose the pieces themselves lack cohesion:doh:. Nevertheless... http://www.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/cohesion
"The action or fact of forming a united whole." Which the individual pieces do, when brought together by me and that work to form a team. They're 'friends' you see:D: maybe they should all be brought together next time by being put into the same store:p:rotfl:.

I have an iPad and also a windows10 desktop - will probably use the desktop. I thought I could keep the cheaper quote on the iPad so I could read out all the details if I phone HExtras.

On your iPad press the side on off button and the front circular button at the same time and you will get a screenshot:)
