    :grouphug: for you Kaz don't think just because you aren't keeping up with the list that you can't post on here or be a part of this fantastic group of people.

    There are loads of us who for one reason or another find it difficult to keep up. But no one will ever say you can't post on here. I have to be one of the worst for keeping up but I just keep dodging Pigpen's mules ;) works for me. Just because you don't complete a list does not make you a failure, sometimes other things prevent us from getting on and caring and supporting your family should always come above housework. So please keep posting.

  • Ok I done great on Monday and have now fallen by the wayside but all of sudden a great burst of energy has come over me so tonight I intend to try to catch up..... watch me fly.........

    Tuesday Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    Vacuum floors and sofas - will be done tonight
    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything will be done tonight
    Remove clutter making sure stairs especially are safe will be done tonight
    [strike]Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets [/strike]- done
    Level 3
    Wipe light switches and banister will be done tonight
    [strike]Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc done windows and surround last night
    [/strike]
    Tidy shoes, coats and bags .. wash any that need washing in preparation for cold weather!! I once found a half sucked lolly in my pocket that had been there for 5 months!!
    Extra Mission
    Pick one or more of the following tasks
    • Clear one hotspot, or just spend at least 5 minutes tackling it
    • Vacuum under furniture you can manage to move without hurting yourself will do tonight
    • Clean the fluff from the fire.. not while it is on!! Don’t forget to arrange for it to be serviced before winter sets in if you have a gas fire!! Or chimneys swept for real fires! Central heating boilers etc need servicing too! - no fire so thankfully am let of this and boiler has already been services
    • [strike]Wash a pair of curtains, or some nets or a throw from a chair or bed [/strike]
    • Those up for the 30 minute ironing challenge per day.. that’s on your list too!! ;)
    Wednesday, Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Ch[strike]eck fire alarms are working[/strike]
    Remove bed linen and replace with fresh linen
    Level 2
    Dust surfaces & make sure no cobwebs.. make sure to do the bed base.. mine was gross last week!
    Vacuum mattress before replacing with fresh linen
    15 minutes floordrobe clearance
    Level 3
    Vacuum floors in bedroom and on landing
    Sort one area of clothes or linen storage making sure only what should be in there is, anything that's had it's day or doesn't belong there is removed
    Defluff and demuck woodwork... skirtings, window frames, door frames dados, picture rails etc
    Extra tasks list, as usual choose one or more
    • 27 fling boogie time, time for that midweek fling, go grab a bag and clear that clutter
    • Sort and put away those summer clothes from someones cupboard and get out the winter woollies.. don’t store anything that is past its best! Make a list of things you need to buy!! e.g new socks/sweaters
    • Clean windows in these rooms
    • Clear any one hotspot
    • 30 minute ironing challenge.. ;).. is it making a difference????
    Thursday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area

    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)
    Level Two
    Clean baths, toilets and sinks
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!)
    Wipe keyboard and mouse (these usually have more germs on than your toilet so important).. And your house phone.. they must be just as vile..
    Level Three
    Clear clutter from floor
    Wipe down tiles in bathroom
    Clean shower screen/curtain if you have one/if required
    Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!!
    Extra mission:
    Pick whichever you want to attempt
    • Sort through those half empty bottles or ones with only a dribble left and decant into one bottle and recycle the rest!!
    • Wash your bathroom mats
    • Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be
    • Spend 15 minutes shining mirrors and picture frames!
    • How is the ironing challenge going?? 30 minutes.. are we keeping up??
    OMG am going through this list and just realised how much it has all built up. I have loads to do. I hope to fairy dust is being blown my way.....

    Wish me luck........will update later after all work is done.

    I'm exhausted now after typing all that, think i'll start with a cup of tea, lol only joking

    Kaz.. I stayed here for about 3 weeks without doing a stroke!! I'll let you off for now!! .. So long as it doesn't last... *mutters something about frauds!! lol* ;)

    AnW'smum.. I think you just like the idea of a spanking with my fly-mule!!! Which I am finding a little disturbing so avoiding you!!! I am the one sending all those BIIIIG spiders and bugs round to your house though!! :p

    Evening all. Busy day but flying is coming into it's own as now rather than waste 10 or 15 minutes I put it to good use and do something on the list. Time to update:

    Manic Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room

    Wash the washer drawer out if it is icky, check filters too!!
    I have found the manual so will do this in a mo

    Tuesday Living RoomLevel 1

    I have removed everything I have done. Tomorrow I intend to continue working on this list and not start the kids rooms. They can help with those on the weekend.
